Logo Design Studio is a full featured design tool to create custom logos for various uses. You can import your own graphics or start from scratch. The software includes a large library of high-resolution objects including spheres, signs, swooshes, shapes, images, flags, base elements, sports, alphabet art and industry-specific graphics, that can be customized and combined with your own creations. Logo Design Studio supports layers, shaped text, opacity adjustments, drop shadow effects, special effects and much more. Also included are several logo templates that you can use as a starting point for your own design.

I think highly of software that has a good specific purpose and following through by doing it well. Logo Design Studio Pro falls in that category.
Great Software
I have my own side business and needed to create a logo. Didn't have the money to have it professionally done, so I found this software and gave it a try. It took me a day or so to get the hang of it, but I ended up creating a logo I really like, and one that I think looks professional. If you don't have $2,000+ to spend on a graphic artist, this is a great alternative.
